Airmeex carries out the Exproof conversion of all construction machinery that can work safely in M2 underground conditions.
Conversions carried out by Airmeex for Exproof diesel and electric machines are designed in such a way as not to affect the operation and compliance of the original diesel and electric equipment with the standard.
All sources of ignition (eg electrical, static, mechanical, heat surfaces, etc.) that may come from equipment operating in potentially explosive atmospheres are kept and protected within the framework of standards.
All our machines that we have transformed; are ATEX 2014/34/EU certified according to EN1755 and ISO9001:2015.
Atex conversions include;
- Factory tested "Ex d" protected bronze cabinets for arc and spark assistance
- Motor vehicles to limit the surface area for the rigors of brakes, electrical components and holding temperature range (Class T) from receipt to delivery
- 'Ex d'' protected engine cabins (Hydraulic motor, Travel motor, Directional motor)
- Gate valve for automatic and manual shut-off
- Water-cooled exhaust cooler for surface and exhaust temperatures
- Bronze alternator with ''Ex d'' protection
- Auto-passes "Ex i" (in Zenner, role card)
- Do not see "Ex m" (solenoids)
- Battery with enhanced "Ex e" protection
- Grounding chains that help eliminate static electricity
